# Platform Management Services

{% hint style="success" %}
Platform Management API added in version 2.6.0
{% endhint %}

The Platform Management service enables administrators to provision user accounts and resources before users access the system. This is useful for organizations that need to prepare user environments in advance, such as processing paper forms or bulk user onboarding.

The service also includes data deletion capabilities to help organizations comply with legislative requirements such as [GDPR](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2016/679/oj/eng)/[CCPA](https://cppa.ca.gov/regulations/pdf/ccpa_statute.pdf) and the right to have personal data deleted.
